Food Adventures: Dragonfruit!


Just a fun little video for y’all to enjoy, with a couple special guests =D  Haven’t been doing much in the way of videos lately, we’ll get back to slightly more serious stuff next week 😉

Part of living boldly is trying new things!  Dragonfruit is what some people call a “superfood.”  It’s very low in calories and sugar, for a fruit, and it’s loaded up with Vitamins A, B2, B3, C,  and Calcium.  The seeds are high in fatty acids, and the fruit itself contains antioxidants known as “polyphenols.”  Overall, a fantastic snack, IF you can find it (they’re not available everywhere, yet).
