WOOHOO, FIRST NEW CHARACTER!! So, Character Spotlights are now going to be titled “How to Become …” A small change, to start, but the format will be switching up a little bit as well. For Captain Falcon, we’re still going roughly with the old format of spotlight-workout-skills-mind, but in the future characters may have different orders, types, and numbers of posts. All characters will still have, at minimum, a character breakdown post, and a workout post, but the rest will depend upon what that character merits. So, without further ado, let’s begin!
Show me your moves! Captain Falcon is a well-known and well-loved character who I’ve received requests for MANY times. Although he originated in the F-Zero games, as well as having his own anime for a brief time, his widespread appeal grew after his inclusion in the Super Smash Bros. game series. Since then, he’s turned into basically a walking meme, with an entire generation of gamers able to deliver an authentic “FALCON…PAWWWNCH!” impression at will.
Dynamic and powerful, Captain Falcon has a love of speed. In addition to participating in F-Zero races, he also works as a top-level bounty hunter (much like another incredibly popular Smash participant, Samus Aran.) Well muscled, fast, and full of explosive moves like his signature Falcon Punch and Kick maneuvers, Captain Falcon settles nicely into the Fighter archetype. His signature style and showy moves definitely place him in the Brawler class, and make no mistake, he can take a punch just as well as he delivers one.
In The Captain Falcon Workout, we’ll be working on developing explosive power, particularly in our punches, and blinding speed. We want to build solid muscle (the dude is chiseled,) without sacrificing any agility or acrobatic abilities. We’re gonna need weights for this one, as well as a good pair of running shoes. HYES!
In Captain Falcon: Show Me Your Moves, we’re going to take a look at Falcon’s signature fighting style, with all its over-the-top moves, brutal knees, and massive punches. We’re also going to talk about some of his more acrobatic maneuvers as well. Finally, we can’t forget Falcon’s origins, we’re going to explore what it takes to become a championship racer, and how to start yourself on that path.
Finally, we’ll come to Captain Falcon: The Mind of a Winner. Captain Falcon’s popularity has a lot to do with his flamboyant style and personality. He’s also, however, a serious competitor in every arena he throws his goggle-clad helmet into. Because of this, his flamboyancy is granted an air of respect just because of the confidence he seems to ooze from every pore. Captain Falcon is a winner in every sense of the word, and we’re going to talk about how you can develop that own winning personality.
Man, I am so psyched to be doing these again. It’s great to see you all (metaphorically speaking,) and I can’t wait to move on to the next post, The Captain Falcon Workout.
As always, live boldly, change the world, and continue to be awesome.

Yes! thank you for doing this one. It feels good knowing that you listen to the fans of this website
Dude, I always listen. The hard thing is just finding time to do all of the characters people want, haha. With two posts a week, four posts a character, even if we did two characters a month, every month, with no other posts of any kind, right now I’ve got enough suggestions to last for the next four years, easy. =P
ihad been waiting for this for a long time , thank you so much!!!
You’re welcome!
