Hey Champions! I love making homemade yogurt, and it’s SO MUCH CHEAPER than buying even the bulk-sized tubs at the store! I’ve seen lots of complicated instructions with crock pots and mason jars and the like, but I use a MUCH simpler method that I figured I’d share. Here you go!
You can substitute plain yogurt for a lot of things that you would use sour cream in (tacos, etc.). You can also eat it as-is for a tasty, high-protein snack or meal.
