This weeks weigh in was 191.2. So I made progress! Once more I have failed to conquer my weekend eating habits. I’ve done much pondering of this problem and often find myself coming up with excuses for why I can’t get it together. Honestly, it all comes down to me being lazy. And some seriously bad snacking. This past week was a restart for me. I took a brief 3 day break from the gym and got my sleep schedule back together and I concentrated on the food going in my mouth. This next week its back to the gym for running and lifting and as my dress fitting is in 2 weeks I have some serious work ahead of me. Overall, I’m still not a point in my life where I can easily overcome the habits I’ve carried for the past 25 years. I need to work harder and more consciously to create new habits. I’ve been trying to actively change my eating habits and lifestyle for a year and a half at this point. Its time to step up my game. I just need to figure how to re-teach myself and begin anew.

Dan:
I dumped half a pound this week, which isn’t much, but I’m happy with it. I got in good workouts every morning, and stayed active through the weekend, so it was a good, healthy week overall. I’m going to really crack down on my diet this week to try to get a bit more noticeable results for next week.
I’m really proud of managing to wake up and work out basically every morning this week (with the exception of Friday). I find sticking to a solid sleep schedule and getting in the exercise every morning really supercharges me for the day. It’s definitely better than my sometimes-in-the-morning sometimes-in-the-evening workout schedule I’ve been maintaining up until now. So my goals for this week are basically continue as I’m doing, and keep my diet well managed.
