You seem to have found yourself in the realm of…monsters. In this eBook, we’re going to tackle SEVEN common movie, video game, and horror story monster tropes! We’ll take a look at some of the dangers they present, and then I’ll suggest a martial art that I think would best fit to defend yourself against them. We’ll follow this up with a workout program you can perform to help prepare you for an encounter with that particular monster!
Please note, most of these workouts are designed to be efficient one-shots. They are mostly intermediate-level workouts, with either a wide range of prescribed minimum/maximum repetitions to increase difficulty as you progress, or specific progressions recommended for exercises when they get easy.
If you’re looking to plug a workout into the RPG Fitness exercise system, you can sub it in as a level two workout if you’re hitting the minimum recommended repetitions, or a level three workout if you’re hitting the maximum number of repetitions, or have progressed to the recommended upgraded version of all exercises in the workout.
You’ll be well equipped to conquer the world of monsters before you know it! Or, at least you’ll stand a decent chance of surviving the night…
