Hey guys, sorry for no journey update, and I’m afraid it’s gonna be just me tonight. Wedding preparations (12 days left!) have just eaten up all of our time and energy. Even more unfortunate, it’s just me posting tonight, Jackie’s decided to take a brief hiatus from our fitness posts until after the wedding. So hey, you get the less attractive of the pair, but I’m here! =D
Anyhoo, I’ve been maintaining and/or slowly losing over the past four weeks, despite the stress and time deficiencies. I haven’t been able to work out as much as I’d like, but my diet’s been pretty clean, and as such I’ve still been making (slow) progress.
I really do want to try to get some more exercise in this week (Memorial Day should be good for that), and continue to stick to a nice, solid diet. I’ve been eating mostly vegetables lately, or having one “big” meal in the morning and then a few smaller ones the rest of the day. My downfall is usually if I stay up too late, I start craving food and usually end up eating more than I should. I’ve got two motivators to keep me off this since I’m trying to sleep more AND eat less, so I have to stick to my bed time this week. Relentless forward progress!
I will see you all again tomorrow with a cool recipe for your new dehydrator. Then on Tuesday we begin a new character breakdown with Booker DeWitt from Bioshock Infinite!
