Hi guys!  This is a twist on a common grain-free pancake recipe!  These can be good for people with gluten sensitivity, or those trying to follow a Paleo diet (which I personally think is a little silly but whatever).  There’s also just tasty, healthy, high-protein breakfast food!

Ingredients:

3 Bananas (riper is better)
3 Eggs
2 Scoops Protein Powder
1/4 Cup Nut Butter (optional)
Food Coloring (optional)

Preparation:

Blend together bananas, eggs, protein powder, and nut butter until a smooth, pourable consistency is achieved.  Add food coloring if you want to make awesome colored pancakes.  Pour into a greased pan or skillet over medium heat (use a cool Triforce mold made out of foil if you want to be awesome).  Cook until golden brown on both sides (not extra crispy like I did in the video).  Serve either plain, or with agave nectar.

Servings:
