The 20/14 workout!

Hey Champions, happy new year!  Hope you’re all doing well.  I’m sure we all know the new year is a great time for setting new goals, so here’s a quick workout to help with your fitness goals!  This is designed for little to no equipment, and a short amount of time, so you have NO EXCUSE to get in at good workout every day!

Acceptable exercises: Pushups (kneeling if necessary), Crunches, Mountain Climbers, Planks, Bodyweight Squats, Running in Place, Jumping Jacks, Lunges, Jumping Lunges, Bicycle Crunches, Pullups/Chinups, Pike Pushups, Handstand Pushups, Sprinting.

Perform an excercise from the above list as FAST as you can for 20 seconds.  Rest for 14 seconds.  You can repeat an exercise if you want, but don’t do the same one twice in a row.  Bonus points if you don’t repeat a single exercise!  Perform eight sets of 20/14, and you’re done!

Total time invested: 4 1/2 minutes.

Calories burned: Hundreds!

No time for a full workout? Then just bang a 20/14 out, it’s less than five minutes of your life!  You can do it!
