This week I weighed in at 188.6 pounds. I had a goal of trying to reach 186, or at least 187, so personally even though this is a loss from last week I feel I could have done better. At this point I think my diet is still the issue. I eat the correct number of calories but I’m not getting as much from what I eat as I could. I need to stop starving so I can have chocolate and instead I need to fill those calories with vegetables and lower calorie food that I can eat more of. I have 4 weeks to fit into my wedding dress and STILL need to work on my weekend eating habits.

Good week for me! First weight loss in a few weeks, which is nice, I also got in some very good workouts and my sleep schedule was better than usual. Sleep is still a bit rough, with the occasional night of insomnia, but it was honestly a much better week for sleep and weight loss than I’ve had in quite a while. My main goals for this week are to run more(I’ve only been getting in one run a week on average) to better prepare myself for the upcoming Tough Mudders for this year, and also to continue to work on improving my sleep schedule.
