    hi there!! I’ve been doing the tifa lockhart workout and I was wondering what food should I eat my weight is 160 and my height is 5’5 I really want to look like tifa even the body proportions, thanks!!

    I really want tifa lockharts body proportion i don’t eat junkfood and I rarelu eat sugar just peanut butter and my body type is athletic

      Hi! Cool, you have a goal, and you have a starting point, now you just have to lay out the path to get there!

      First off, don’t worry about height/weight ratios so much. Instead, worry more about bodyfat percentage. For women, a generally healthy range to shoot for is 14%-19%. You don’t want to go lower than this, as women need a slightly higher target bodyfat percentage than men, and if you go higher you’re not going to have that awesome slim/cut look that Tifa has.

      Diet-wise, I’d recommend watching this video I did on nutrition to get an idea of good overall eating habits. Workout-wise, you can go with the workout program I linked to in this article. You also might want to look into doing some weight training, as well (check out the Sephiroth workout for a starting point on that. Don’t worry, you won’t get huge muscles from lifting).

    Hiii! I’m 19 and wondering if the TIFA LOCKHART PROGRAM would work on me I’m 5’6 my weight is 150 my ratio is 38 30 42 base on my friends my build is the hourglass shape!

    Just to sum it up! I plan on being like tifa Lockhart she’s not muscular even though she’s a figther, I really admire her physique

      Awesome! Yes, the Tifa workout could definitely work for you. Let me know if you have any questions about it, and make sure you stop in at the forums and start a workout log!

    I really wanted to get into the Cloud workout, but the link no longer works! Is there any way you could reupload these workouts or give me advice in order to achieve a similar result to Cloud? Thank you!

      Unfortunately when that site went down they took the original post with them 🙁 I will be covering Cloud in the future, don’t worry, but I don’t have the original post so I’m going to have to remake it from scratch.
